• The maximum allowable risk per trade is 5% of account balance or equity (whichever is lower).

• Risk is calculated based on stop-loss placement and position size.

• All trades must have a stop-loss set at execution.

🔴 Risk Concentration Restriction (IMPORTANT)

• Consistently losing or risking between 3.5% and 5% in a single trade or in a sequence of trades closed around the same time is strictly prohibited.

• This includes:

  • Multiple correlated trades

  • Partial closes that result in combined exposure

  • Trade stacking designed to bypass risk rules

3️⃣ Maximum Daily Drawdown

• Maximum daily drawdown allowed is 5%.

• Includes floating and closed losses combined.

• Daily drawdown resets at 00:00 server time.

Violation Consequence:
Account breach once exceeded.

4️⃣ Maximum Overall Drawdown

• The account must never fall below 10% of the initial account balance.

• Applies at all times, including during open trades.

Violation Consequence:
Immediate account termination.

5️⃣ Stop-Loss Requirement

• Every trade must include a stop-loss at the time of execution.

• Removing, delaying, or widening a stop-loss to avoid loss is prohibited.

Violation Consequence:
Immediate account breach.

6️⃣ Maximum Lot Size (FUNDED ACCOUNTS ONLY)

Traders must respect the maximum total lot exposure allowed for their funded account size.

7️⃣ Prohibited Trading Practices

The following strategies and behaviors are strictly forbidden:

• Grid trading

• Martingale or averaging strategies

• Latency or arbitrage exploitation

• High-frequency trading (HFT)

• Copy trading or signal mirroring

• Third-party account management

• Trade manipulation or system abuse

Violation Consequence:
Immediate account termination and profit forfeiture.

8️⃣ News Trading Restrictions

• Trading is prohibited 5 minutes before and after high-impact economic news, including but not limited to:

  • Non-Farm Payroll (NFP)

  • CPI

  • FOMC

  • Interest Rate Decisions

Violation Consequence:
Account breach.

9️⃣ Weekend & Market Closure Rules

• All positions must be closed before market close on Friday.

• Holding trades over the weekend is not permitted unless explicitly stated.

Account breach.

🔟 Consistency Rule

• No single trade may account for more than 40% of total profits on the account.

• This rule exists to ensure consistent and professional trading behavior.

Profit adjustment or account breach.

1️⃣1️⃣ Inactivity & Account Deactivation Policy

• All accounts will be automatically deactivated after 30 consecutive days of inactivity.

• To avoid deactivation, traders must:

  • Log in to the trading platform

  • Maintain an active connection and trading activity

⚠️ Once an account is deactivated due to inactivity, it cannot be restored.

No exceptions apply.

An account is considered breached if:

• Any rule above is violated

• Risk or lot limits are exceeded

• Prohibited strategies are detected

• Trading behavior is deemed abusive or manipulative

Breached accounts are closed immediately with no refunds.
